Add water and oil. Mix well. Knead for 10 minutes. Form into a ball and coat with olive oil. Let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, about double in volume.. Punch down and form into loaves. (I roll then into a 16 x20 rectangle then roll them up) Coat loaves with olive oil Let rise 20 minutes. Coat loaves with egg wash (egg white and water beaten together).
