Melt butter in skillet and brown breasts, four at a time, about one minute on each side. Remove to plate. Add juice, peel, and wine to skillet. Stir and scrape up bits. (You may need to add more wine if this gets too thick.) Return breasts to pan. Cover and simmer for five minutes. Arrange chicken in 9 x 13 pan. Add cream to skillet and stir until bubbly, about one minute. Pour over chicken and sprinkle with cheese. Put under preheated broiler, about four inches from heat.
